All hatching eggs are collected from healthy, well-maintained breeding flocks and are guaranteed fertile at the time of shipment. Eggs are inspected before packing to ensure quality and freshness.
We do not guarantee hatch rates. Hatch success is influenced by many variables, including but not limited to:
Shipping stress and handling by the carrier
Incubation equipment accuracy
Temperature and humidity control
Turning practices
Experience level of the incubator
Once eggs leave our care, these factors are outside our control.
Orders ship Monday–Wednesday only to avoid eggs sitting in transit over weekends.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, but transit times are not guaranteed by the carrier.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout with no hidden fees.
To protect egg viability, we reserve the right to delay or pause shipments during periods of extreme heat or cold. Our goal is always to ship under conditions that give your eggs the best possible chance of success.
While rare, damage can occur during shipping. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of:
The damaged eggs
The internal packaging
The shipping box
Claims submitted without photos or outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Due to the many variables involved in incubation and shipping, we cannot offer refunds or replacements based on hatch outcomes. By purchasing hatching eggs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved.
