General Return Policy Overview

Due to the nature of our products—especially live chicks, adult birds, and fertile hatching eggs—we do not accept physical returns. This ensures biosecurity protection for our flock and prevents the risk of contamination or disease.

However, we do offer refunds, replacements, or store credits in specific qualifying situations listed below.


Live Bird Orders (Chicks, Bantams, and Adult Chickens)

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that all live birds are shipped healthy and packaged for safe transit. In the rare event that any birds arrive deceased:

No Returns for Biosecurity Reasons

For the safety of our flock, we cannot accept any live birds back under any circumstances. Once birds leave our farm, they cannot be reintroduced into our facilities.

Wrong Breed or Order Mistakes

Hatching Egg Orders

Fertility Guarantee

We guarantee that all eggs shipped are fresh, fertile, and collected from healthy NPIP-certified breeding stock. However, we cannot guarantee hatch rates, as many external factors affect incubation success.

Broken or Damaged Eggs on Arrival

If eggs arrive cracked or broken:
