🔄 Return Policy

Due to the perishable and fragile nature of hatching eggs, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, we do review eligible damage claims in accordance with the policy below.

Damaged Eggs

While rare, damage can occur during transit despite careful packaging. If your order arrives with damaged eggs, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for review.

To submit a damage claim, please provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged eggs

  • The internal packaging materials

  • The exterior shipping box

Photos help us assess the issue and determine whether damage occurred during transit.

Claim Review & Eligibility

  • Claims submitted without photo evidence or after the 24-hour reporting window may not be eligible for review.

  • Because shipping carriers handle packages once they leave our facility, we cannot guarantee outcomes for claims that fall outside these requirements.

No Returns on Hatching Eggs

For health, safety, and biosecurity reasons, all hatching egg sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
