Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

🥚 What if eggs arrive damaged?

  • We take great care in packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit. In the rare event that eggs arrive cracked or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged eggs and packaging. We’ll review the issue promptly and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

🐣 What hatch rate can I expect?

  • Hatch rates can vary widely and are influenced by several factors beyond our control, including incubation practices, equipment accuracy, handling after delivery, and shipping conditions. While we cannot guarantee a specific hatch rate, we do guarantee that all eggs are fertile at the time of shipment and carefully selected before packing.

📦 How are eggs packaged?

  • Each egg is individually cushioned and securely packed using proven packaging methods designed specifically for hatching eggs. We use sturdy boxes and protective materials to reduce movement and absorb shock during shipping, giving your eggs the best possible chance to arrive safely.

🚚 Do you ship year-round?

  • Shipping availability depends on weather conditions and flock productivity. Extreme heat or cold can negatively impact hatchability, so we may pause shipping during unfavorable conditions to protect egg quality. Shipping schedules and availability are always updated at checkout or on the product page.

❌ What if my eggs don’t hatch?

  • Because hatch results are affected by factors such as shipping stress, incubation methods, temperature, humidity, and handling after delivery, we are unable to guarantee hatch success. However, we stand behind the fertility and careful handling of our eggs. If you experience poor hatch results, we’re happy to offer guidance and incubation tips to help improve future outcomes.
